Taubenberger sworn in to PPA board

Former City Councilman Al Taubenberger last week was sworn in to another term as a member of the Philadelphia Parking Authority Board of Directors.

The term runs until June 1, 2030.

Common Pleas Court Judge Terry Murphy officiated, with Taubenberger’s wife, Joanne, holding the Bible.

Gov. Tom Wolf reappointed Taubernberger, a Fox Chase resident, to the six-member board, chaired by union executive Joe Ashdale. ••
